A Sunday with 46 players to wrap up the weekend
On Sunday 4 October, the Expresso Deepstack 1 Million gathered 46 players in Wevelgem. A great turnout to finish the weekend at the Poker France Belgium tables, with seven rewarded seats and €1,080.54 distributed. The Sunday meeting thus retains all its appeal for those who like to extend their poker week to the end.
In the ranking, B. B. takes the first place with 380,54 €. Behind him, R. R. finishes second for 260 €, while G. A. completes the podium with 150 €. Three well‑separated places at the top of the table, before the four other awards detailed below.
The victory for one, the photo for the other
Our winner preferred to stay discreet at the individual photo: a little too shy for the camera, we were told. We of course respect his choice. He therefore took first place in the tournament, then gladly left the spot in front of the camera to his runner‑up. As proof, you can finish at the top without wanting to end up in a close‑up!
The player in the individual photo is therefore R. R., the tournament's runner‑up. A clarification that gives him his rightful place and allows his performance to be praised. His second place and his €260 deserved a proper remembrance of the evening: a great result to close the weekend.
The photo of the final table also accompanies this report. The rewarded ranking extends up to the seventh place, awarded €40: a reminder that a tournament evening is also told through all its results, beyond just the first line of the table.
Congrats to the seven players in the money and thanks to all participants! The room takes a break Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 October, before resuming Wednesday 7. On Sunday 4 October the Expresso Deepstack 1 Million brought together 46 players in Wevelgem. A great turnout to close the weekend at the tables of Poker France Belgique. There were seven paid seats, with a total of € 1,080.54 in prize money paid out. A nice Sunday tournament for those who like to extend their poker week to the last day.

For the individual photo our winner preferred to stay in the background: he was a bit too shy for the camera. Of course we respect that choice.
