Tournaments & room
Where is the poker room PFB?
The room Poker France Belgique is at Kortrijkstraat 250, 8560 Wevelgem (Belgium), easily accessible from Belgium and northern France. Map, access and route on the Rooms page.
When is the room open?
The room runs to the rhythm of tournaments, 7 days a week according to the schedule. The start time, structure and the buy-in of each tournament are listed on its sheet in the calendar.
What age must you be to play?
Access to the room and tournaments is reserved for adults (18 years and over). A valid ID may be requested at reception: keep it on you.
What happens on my first visit?
On your first visit, you are registered as a room member: surname, first name and date of birth, and an identity document may be requested to verify your identity or age. The details are in the room’s rules.
Which game rules apply?
Tournaments follow the Poker TDA (2026 Short Form Rules), the room’s internal regulations and the specific conditions announced for each tournament. In case of a particular situation, the tournament director’s decision applies. Everything is gathered on the Rules & ROI page.
What is self-deal?
In self-deal tournaments, players deal the cards themselves in turn, under the tournament director’s control. It is a participatory format that is part of the Poker France Belgique identity.
May I use my phone at the table?
Not during a hand in progress: no call to the table, no device placed on the table and no decision‑aid tools. The detail is in the summarised TDA rules.
What does “GTD” mean on a tournament?
“GTD” means the prize pool is guaranteed. Unless stated otherwise, the guarantee assumes at least 10 players entered and present at the start. If entries are insufficient, Poker France Belgique tops up the difference, according to the conditions of the CGV (article 12).
Reservation & payment
How do I reserve my seat?
Open the tournament in the calendar. With a fully completed profile (first name, surname, date of birth), reservation is done in one click; otherwise it goes through the basket. You then receive your ticket by e‑mail with a QR code.
Do I have to pay online?
No. The reservation guarantees your seat and payment is made on site, at the room reception, before the tournament starts.
Until when can I reserve online?
Unless a particular tournament rule states otherwise, online reservation closes 10 minutes before the announced start.
How to cancel a reservation?
Use the cancellation link in the confirmation e‑mail. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tournament start, unless a different indication is on its sheet. After this period, inform the organisation.
What happens if I don’t show up?
An unreported absence may lead to temporary suspension of the early reservation. After several absences, the reservation may be limited to the available seats (CGV, article 10). Remember to cancel: your seat will go to another player.
The tournament is full: what to do?
Sign up on the waiting list from the tournament sheet. As soon as a seat frees up, it goes to the first member waiting, who receives their ticket and an e‑mail “A seat has become available for you”.
What must I present at reception?
The QR code of your ticket, on your phone or printed. If unavailable, the manual code shown under the QR code is sufficient.

In My Account you edit your profile and preferences; the Preferences tab also allows you to request an export of your data. For any other request, see the privacy policy.
Loyalty
What is PFB Status ?
PFB Status rewards punctuality: by arriving before the Early time of a tournament and having your ticket or loyalty card scanned at reception, you earn 1 point (2 on a Boost Day). Your level is calculated over the past weeks and gives access to the benefits shown on the Loyalty PFB page.
Are web points and PFB Status the same thing?
No, they are two separate programmes. Web points reward your activity on the site and feed the ranking; PFB Status rewards your timely presence at tournaments. Points do not convert from one to the other.
Do my points have a cash value?
No. Points are an internal promotional benefit: they are neither money nor refundable, and can only be exchanged for the rewards offered, under the conditions of the CGV (article 11).
